– 1 egg
– 300 ml of kefir (a type of sour yogurt)
– ¼ cup of sugar
– ⅔ cup of corn starch
– ⅔ cup of wheat flour
– 1 flat teaspoon of baking powder
– frying oil
– Dijo Blueberries in gel

1st step
Whisk the eggs until fluffy, add the sour yogurt, add the corn starch mixed together with wheat flour and baking powder, add oil; mix all the ingredients using a hand mixer until smooth and thick as cream.
2nd step
Heat up a small amount of oil on a frying pan, add a spoonful of the pancake batter, fry the racuszki until gold brown on both sides; serve with Dijo Blueberries in gel.
