Ingredients
– 500ml of sweet cream, 30-36% fat
– 50g of sugar
– 1 vanilla bean
– 1½ teaspoon of gelatin (or 2 leaves)
– Dijo Raspberry sauce

Preparation guidelines
1st step
Slice down the vanilla bean and scrape the seeds.
2nd step
Soak the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of cold water.
3rd step
Pour the cream int a medium-sized saucepan. Add sugar and the vanilla bean with seeds. Bring to full boil, remove the saucepan from heat, and take out the vanilla bean.
4th step
Stir the hot cream together with gelatin until completely dissolved.
5th step
Pour the dessert into cocktail glasses. Cool the glasses at room temperature. When cool, refrigerate them for a few hours (preferably overnight). Before serving, add the Dijo Raspberry sauce.
