Ingredients
– Dijo wheat tortilla
– chicken breast fillet
– tomato salsa (1 fresh tomato, 1/4 of fresh onion, clove of garlic, chili pepper, dill, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, salt and pepper)
– guacamole (ripe avocado, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, 1 small clove of garlic, salt)
– sour cream

Preparation guidelines
1st step
Tomato salsa – wash the tomato, cut it into quarters, remove the seeds (you can also peel it using boiling water); dice all the salsa ingredients finely; thoroughly stir all the ingredients together. Season the salsa to taste.
2nd step
Guacamole – wash the avocado, cut it in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh and smash it, mix all the ingredients.
3rd step
Grill or fry the chicken breasts with little oil (you can also bread them beforehand).
4th step
Heat up the Dijo wheat tortilla in an oven, microwave oven or fry it on a preheated frying pan without adding oil (45s on each side).
5th step
Spread guacamole on the tortilla, put all the ingredients, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and wrap the tortilla.
