Ingredients

– ladyfingers (sponge biscuits)
– 50 ml of amaretto liqueur
– 500 g of Mascarpone cheese
– 2 egg yolks
– Sweet cream, 30% fat
– coffee (brewed)
– Dijo Tiramisu sauce
– Dijo Cocoa strands

1st step

 

Mix the coffee with amaretto; whip the cream to firm peaks.

2nd step

 

Whip the mascarpone cheese with egg yolks until uniform and mix it with the whipped cream.

3rd step

 

Soak the biscuits in the coffee and amaretto blend and put them into small bowls.

4th step

 

Put the mixed mascarpone cheese, egg yolks, and whipped cream on the biscuits – add Dijo Tiramisu sauce.

5th step

 

Repeat step 4 until you fill the entire cup. The number of layers will depend on the height of your cup.

6th step

 

Decorate the top of the dessert with Dijo Cocoa strands.

2nd step

 

Spread tomato sauce on an aluminum baking mold.

3rd step

 

Put chili con carne into Dijo Wheat Tortillas and wrap them; place wrapped tortillas side by side in the mold.

Pour tomato sauce and Béchamel sauce on the tortillas.

5th step

 

5. Bake for about 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.

Ingredients

– 200 g of rice noodles
– 8 Dijo Wholegrain tortillas
– 2 eggs
– 1 chicken breast fillet
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 3 scallions (the white and the green part)
– 2-3 tablespoons of fish sauce
– a bunch of coriander
– 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons of peanuts (unsalted!)
– sesame oil

1st step

 

Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips, put them into a bowl, pour soy sauce in and stir.

2nd step

 

Soak the rice noodles in hot water for about 5 minutes; strain them.

3rd step

 

Heat up oil on a wok (or any other sufficiently large frying pan), add whisked eggs and fry them until they form a thin omelette; put it on a cutting board, roll it and cut it into strips.

4th step

 

Put the chopped white part of the scallions on the frying pan. Add the chicken and fry, stirring all the time.

5th step

 

When the chicken is ready, add peanuts and brown sugar. Fry until the chicken strips caramelize lightly. Add fish cause, soy sauce, and rice noodles. Fry for a few minutes; add the omelette strips and the chopped green part of the scallions.

6th step

 

Sprinkle with sesame oil; put it straight out of the wok – while the dish is still hot – onto a preheated Dijo Wholegrain tortilla; wrap the tortilla tightly. Serve hot.

– 6 Dijo Tomato tortillas
– 2 tablespoons of cream
– 80 dag of fresh spinach(or 2 packs of frozen spinach)
– 15 dag of feta cheese
– nutmeg, salt, and pepper (a pinch of each)
– 1 crushed clove of garlic
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– 1½ tablespoon of flour
– ½ l of milk
– 10-15 dag of grated Gouda cheese

1st step

 

Wash the spinach, blanch it, drain it, and chop it (thaw the frozen spinach and also drain it well). Add diced feta cheese, cream, garlic, salt, and pepper – stir it together.

2nd step

 

Make a light roux from butter and flour. Stirring with a whisk, slowly pour cold milk in and heat until the sauce thickens. Put off the heat, stir with grated Gouda cheese, season to taste with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.

3rd step

 

Fill the Dijo Tomato tortillas with spinach, wrap them, and pack them tightly into a baking form (spread oil on the form beforehand) – pour the cheese Béchamel sauce onto the tortillas.

4th step

 

Bake the tortillas in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 30 minutes. Serve hot.

– 100 g of flour
– 300 g of sugar
– 6 eggs
– 50 g of shelled walnuts

Melt the chocolate and butter on steam.

2nd step

 

Beat the eggs with a hand mixer, adding sugar and flour.

3rd step

 

When the chocolate cools, add it to the mixture. Add crushed walnuts.

4th step

 

Spread baking paper on the baking tray (60 x 35 cm).

5th step

 

Pour the dough onto the tray and bake for 20 minutes in 200°C; cool it and take it out of the tray.

6th step

 

6. Cut the cake into square pieces and pour Dijo Chocolate sauce over them.
