TEX MEX DINNER BBQ RETAIL

TORTILLA – WHEAT FLATBREADS

Ingredients: WHEAT flour (63%), water, palm oil, stabilizers: glycerol, carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum, WHEAT GLUTEN, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates; glucose (from WHEAT), salt, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, acidity regulator: malic acid; preservatives: calcium propionate, potassium sorbate; WHEAT fibre, flour treatment agent: L-cysteine.

BBQ SAUCE

Ingredients: water, sugar, tomato puree, wine vinegar, spirit vinegar, salt, modified starch, pineapple juice concentrate, caramel syrup, rape oil, spices (contain MUSTARD), glucose, smoke flavour, acidity regulator: citric acid, spice extracts, thickener: xanthan gum.

BBQ SPICE

Ingredients: sugar, maltodextrine, salt, dried vegetables in varying proportions: onion, garlic; spices in varying proportions: ginger, pepper, chilli; yeast extract, corn starch, smoke flavour, colour: sulphite ammonia caramel (contains SULPHUR DIOXIDE).
