– 4 egg yolks
– 125 g of sugar
– 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
– vanilla sugar or vanilla bean
– Dijo Tiramisu sauce

1st step

 

Mix the egg yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar into a kogel mogel.

2nd step

 

Thoroughly stir egg yolks and mascarpone cheese together.

3rd step

 

Put the mousse into cups and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

4th step

 

Serve with Dijo Tiramisu sauce.
