– Dijo multigrain tortilla
– Iceberg lettuce
– ripe avocado
– cherry tomatoes
– goat cheese
– Vinaigrette sauce

Preparation guidelines

1st step

 

Put the Dijo Multigrain tortilla into a metal bowl and press it with another, smaller metal bowl on top.
NOTE: Smaller tortilla bowl can be made in e.g. muffin or cupcake forms

2nd step

 

Put the tortilla form into a preheated oven for 4-5 minutes.

3rd step

 

Cut all the salad ingredients and put them into the bowl, after it cools down. Decorate with Vinaigrette sauce.
