Ingredients
– ½ l of milk
– 1 vanilla bean (split down its length)
– 4 egg yolks
– 100 g of sugar
– 5 g of gelatin (soaked in cold water)
– ½ l of whipped cream
– Dijo Berry Mix sauce

Preparation guidelines
1st step
Boil the milk with vanilla bean; take out the vanilla bean, scrape its seeds, and put it back into the milk.
2nd step
Whip the egg yolk with sugar until creamy; slowly add hot milk while stirring.
3rd step
Put the cream into a pot and heat it up to 85°C – until it gets slightly denser.
4th step
Add gelatin and cool the cream down in a cold water bath, stirring from time to time with a beater.
5th step
After the cream cools down, put it into cups and refrigerate it until it sets; before serving, pour the Dijo Berry mix over the top.
