Ingredients

– 1 Dijo Multigrain tortilla
– 100 g of a salad mixed greens (salad rocket, radicchio, iceberg lettuce, corn salad)
– 4 tablespoons of Vinaigrette sauce
– 4 cherry tomatoes
– a few slices of cucumber
– 1/3 of a fresh pear
– 3 pieces of goat cheese

Preparation guidelines

1st step

 

Put the Dijo Multigrain tortilla into a metal bowl (about 15 cm in diameter) and form it into the shape of a bowl. Bake the tortilla in an oven preheated to 190°C for about 5 minutes.

2nd step

 

When the tortilla-bowl cools down, add the remaining ingredients; decorate the salad with pear and pour Vinaigrette sauce over it.
