– 10 pieces of Pretzel Chips
– 150 g of smoked trout (skinned)
– 200 g of cream cheese
– 5 quail eggs
– 20 g of red caviar
– Dijo Classic balsamic sauce
– dill, salt, pepper (season to taste)

Preparation guidelines

1st step

 

Hard boil the quail eggs and peel them. Mix the cream cheese with chopped dill, salt, and pepper.

2nd step

 

Put the pretzel chips on a plate; using a spoon, add the cream cheese on top; add pieces of smoked trout.

3rd step

 

Decorate the snacks with quail egg halves, caviar, Dijo Classic Balsamic sauce and dill.
