How to serve tortilla? With imagination! Here are some interesting and very effective ways.

BOWL

– we bake tortilla in two bowls, form its shape in a larger bowl, and inside we press a smaller one

ROLL

– We wrap tortilla classically like a pancake, leaving it open from both sides

HOT DOG

– we wrap tortilla into roll closed from one side

POUCH

– we put the stuffing into the centre of tortilla, we take all the edges up and form a bag, we tie it with, for example, chives

TACOS

– we suspend mini tortillas on the grill in the oven and bake them so that they form an U-shape

PIADINA

– we fold a tortilla filled with ingredients in half and so bake

NACHOS

– we cut the tortilla into triangles, their size is a matter of our tastes

QUESADILLA

– we fold the tortilla filled with ingredients in half and bake so, then we cut it into three or four equal parts

CONE A LA KEBAB

– we notch the tortilla (from edge to its centre), and wrap the cone, that we fill with ingredients

WRAP

– we wrap tortilla as a croquet, or roll closed on both sides

CONE

– we fold tortilla in half and again in half, then open

NODDLES

– we wrap tortilla in a roll and cut it into thin strips

STAR

– we put each adjacent sides on each other, and thus fold tortilla so that it forms a hexagon, formed in this way we bake it

ENVELOPE

– we put the filling on a tortilla and fold four of its edges to the centre, then fold whole again in half

TRIANGLE

– we put two opposite edges of tortilla on each other diagonally and close with the third one from the bottom
