Great recipe not only for lunch. A spinach tortilla with original filling made from grilled chicken breast and mango salsa.

Ingredients

– Dijo Spinach tortilla
– mango salsa (ripe mango, ½ onion, chili pepper, juice from ½ lime, small amount of olive oil, salt, pepper)
– chicken breast fillet
– habanero peppers

Preparation guidelines

1st step

 

Mango salsa – wash the ripe mango, peel it, and chop it finely (the same with chili pepper and onion); add all of the sauce ingredients, stir and season to taste.

2nd step

 

Grill or fry the chicken breasts with little oil (you can also bread them beforehand).

3rd step

 

Heat up the Dijo Spinach tortilla in an oven, microwave oven or fry it on a preheated frying pan without adding oil (45s on each side).

4th step

 

Spread the salsa on the tortilla, put all the ingredients and wrap.
